Fundraisers (PTA)

Welcome to Shawley Fundraisers!

Shawley Fundraisers (our PTA) is a registered charity and our aim is to raise additional funds to help improve and maintain the resources available to the children at our school, therefore enhancing their learning experience. Through the events that we organise we also hope to enhance our friendly school community by bringing parents, children and staff together at a variety of social occasions.

All parents and carers of children who attend Shawley Community Primary School are members of Fundraisers and are welcome to attend meetings and to help at any of our events if they would like to.  We host a number of fun and exciting events throughout the year such as school discos, a quiz night, sponsored events, cake sales, Christmas Bazaar, Easter Fun, Summer Fete and Family Bingo evenings.  We are always looking for new ideas and suggestions so please do get in touch if you have a new event that you would be interested in introducing.

The events that we hold can only take place, and be as successful as they are, with help and support from everyone; our parents/carers, children and staff.  Together we can fulfill our motto ‘Working to make our school a better place for our children’.

School Lottery!

Shawley's school lottery has been set up specifically to raise money and make a difference for our children! It's a fantastic way to bring parents, carers, staff and the wider community together, in partnership with our school, and at the same time give something back. We hope to raise funds that can support and enrich the education of our children - we aim to provide extra resources for the children, improve the school environment as well as run extracurricular activities such as music, art and sport.
