Medication

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the well-being and safety of all our students, we kindly request your cooperation in providing information regarding your child's identified health care needs.

If your child requires any form of health/medical support whilst at school we kindly ask that you either provide an individual health care plan from your GP/consultant or complete the form below.

This information is crucial for us to have a comprehensive understanding of your child's health requirements and to ensure we can provide the best support possible.

Once completed this form will be sent annually (unless required before) to ensure our records remain up to date.

If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.

All Medical Conditions and Healthcare Plan

If your child has an illness that requires them to take medication during school hours (e.g. antibiotics, cough medicine, creams etc). The medication must be brought to the school office on the morning that the medication is due to start. The medication will be added to our Medical Tracker on your child's profile and the parent/carer will receive an email notification which will need to be verified.

The school office staff will administer the medication at the time stated by the parent/carer. You can collect the medication at the end of the school day, or at the end of the illness.

Please do not send any medicine into school with your child, this includes sore throat lozenges.

If your child has been prescribed antibiotic/penicillin we can administer the lunch time dose. The morning and evening dose should be given at home.
