Before and After School Care
Club Shawley
The entrance to drop off and collect your children is via the pedestrian gate wrap around care gate on Shawley Way. Please do not leave your child unattended, your child must be handed over to the WAC staff.
Breakfast club start time is from 7.30am, we are unable to accept your child into the club before this time. Breakfast will be available until 8:15am.
There will be snacks available straight after school. At 4.30pm the children staying for the long session will have a snack tea.
Children must be collected from afterschool club for the short session by 4.30pm and afterschool club long session by 6pm, there is a late collection fee if your child is collected after this time.
If anyone different is collecting your child from the after school club please ensure we are contacted on 07821666889. Alternatively, let the school office know before 4pm
Booking And Payment
Payments can be made via Arbor or by childcare vouchers. Please remember to keep your accounts up to date. Please ensure your account has been paid in full by the end of each half term. Any payment or other enquiries should be sent via our email scwac@leoacademytrust.co.uk
